It is a brewery specialising in the production of Avila's speciality beers.Raíz Cuadrada was born at the end of 2019 and the story of it all begins with a guided brewery tour in an industrial warehouse at the entrance to his town, El Barraco, in Avila. Very close to the El Burguillo reservoir and adjacent to the Valle de Iruelas nature reserve.

 

 

On Saturdays and Sundays at 12 noon, they organise guided tours with step-by-step explanations of the factory and the beers (15€ per person, including tasting). You will be able to see, smell and touch every ingredient used in them and be surprised by some of the preparations, as at Raíz Cuadrada gluten-free beer is made from bread!

 

We will send a bus to visit the place on Saturday and Sunday。The bus fare is €5 per person, the tour of the factory with beer tasting, including lunch, and the production tour costs €36 per person. All for €615, but you can of course buy your own beer out of your own pocket
