In order to speak or say something in public it is sometimes necessary to climb to a high place in order to make yourself heard. Altozano is a low height hill or mountain range, the natural elevation of the land.

Pastoralism is defined as a continuous movement of grazing in an area that is adapted to changes in productivity in space. It differs from nomadism in having fixed seasonal settlements and a fixed main nucleus (village) from which it is practised.1 It is estimated that this activity, together with that of nomadic livestock, employs around 10 to 20 billion people worldwide; the area of land developed under these systems is around 300,000 km2, twice as much as agricultural land.

The aim of the trip is to experience the life of a herdsman over three days and two nights. The price is set at 300 Euros and includes all expenses: bus fare, food for three days and accommodation for two nights in a tent for two people or a sleeping bag for one person. For this activity we will walk 30 km a day and you can also choose to ride a horse for an additional 100 euros per person.
